Mr. Justice Micheál O'Connell suggested the matter was suitable for mediation, warning both parties they might regret their "red lines" given the reputational implications and witness testimony. However, following morning negotiations, the case was to continue. The trial is scheduled to last four days. In March, the court had already granted temporary orders restraining interference with the family's quiet enjoyment of the premises.
