Elderly man to be sentenced for sexual assault of intellectually disabled daughter

Summary

An elderly man, aged 75, pleaded guilty in Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to sexually assaulting his intellectually disabled adult daughter, who was 34 at the time of the offence in 1999.
