'Witch hunt' at WRC after adjudicator used data in employment rights claim, hearing told

Mr. Clinton's counsel described the agency's response as a "witch hunt," while State counsel argued the access suspension lasted only one month. The tribunal has concluded the hearings, and the adjudicator will issue a decision in due course.
