Anglo/ILP trial continues in legal argument
Summary
The trial of four former Anglo Irish Bank and Irish Life and Permanent executives continued in legal argument on 10 March 2016. Willie McAteer, 65, former Head of Finance at Anglo, Denis Casey, 56, former CEO of ILP, and two others were accused of conspiring to mislead investors by manipulating Anglo's balance sheets through interbank loans. The court did not sit on Thursday morning due to the funeral of Supreme Court judge Adrian Hardiman.
