Adjudication officer Catherine Byrne found that Miskic was credible and that Takacs had manipulated WhatsApp messages. The harassment was deemed a breach of the Employment Equality Act 1998, and Miskic was awarded four weeks' wages in compensation. Additionally, Aspenvale Ltd was found to have breached the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994 by not providing a written statement of job conditions. The total compensation awarded was €7,524.
