McGovern asks for credit for 'onerous' time spent in Dubai prison
Summary
Sean McGovern, a Kinahan cartel lieutenant, has asked the Special Criminal Court to give him credit for pleading guilty to directing the criminal organization in the murder of a grandfather and the attempted murder of another man.
