Czech fraudster jailed for 18 months

Summary

David Kubicek, 24, was sentenced to 18 months in prison in Dublin after being found with equipment used to forge documents and identity cards. Judge Sinead Ni Chulachain noted the items were for Kubicek's personal use and that he was caught "red‑handed." She imposed a three‑year sentence, suspended the final 18 months, and ordered credit for time already served.
