Summary
A 34-year-old security guard pleaded guilty at Tallaght District Court to sexually assaulting a cleaner at the Irish head office of a multinational company on 22 August 2023. Judge Clancy rejected this proposal, noting it could be traumatic for the injured party. She characterized the three separate incidents as towards the upper end of seriousness. The matter was adjourned to 10 July for sentencing, with the judge ordering a probation report to be prepared in the interim.
