Court rules evidence connected to Berlusconi case can be heard at District Court
Summary
In a 2016 decision, the Court of Appeal ruled that evidence linked to an associate of former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi could be presented at Dublin District Court. Frank Agrama, based in Los Angeles, had sought a judicial review of the Justice Minister's appointment of a judge to take this evidence for an Italian criminal investigation.
