Summary
Séamus Clinton, a Workplace Relations Commission adjudicator, brought a case against the State under the Employment Equality Act 1998, the Protection of Employees (Provision of Information and Consultation) Act 2006, and the Protected Disclosures Act 2014. He alleged gender discrimination after failing to secure an interview for three regional manager posts, all of which were subsequently filled by women.
