'Degree of urgency' in case of child rapist alleged to have breached release conditions

Summary

Lawyers for the Director of Public Prosecutions have informed the High Court that there is a reasonable degree of urgency in the case of a convicted child rapist who is alleged to have breached the conditions of his release.
