Summary
A driver who tailgated a stolen motorbike, leading to a fatal collision, has been jailed for three years. Andres Grans De Lima Sores (38) pleaded guilty to careless driving causing the death of Calvin Gilchrist (19) and failing to remain at the scene. The incident occurred on Finglas Road, Dublin, when Sores, driving a car, tailgated the motorbike for nearly 500 metres.
