Serial offender Ronaldo Otto, who goes by the name Samantha, has been jailed for five years after sexually assaulting a vulnerable autistic man. Otto, originally from the Philippines, was found guilty of sexually assaulting a 20-year-old autistic man on February 1, 2023, in a laneway in Dublin.
