Cyclist run over by SUV said he remains 'tortured by sound of breaking bones'

Izabella Aleksandrowicz, a 50-year-old woman from Swords, pleaded guilty to careless driving causing serious bodily harm after she ran over Andrew Brett, a cyclist, in Dublin City Centre.
