Summary

A trial date has been set for south Dublin architect Graham Dwyer, aged 41, who is accused of murdering childcare worker Elaine O'Hara, aged 37, on 22 August 2012. O'Hara's remains were discovered in the Dublin mountains on 13 September 2013. Prosecutor Mr Sean Guerin SC told the Central Criminal Court that the trial would last six weeks. Defence counsel Mr Remy Farrell SC noted that further bail applications might be made, citing Dwyer's repeated bail refusals. Judge Paul Carney fixed the trial for 13 April 2015.
