Man jailed for two assaults on foreign nationals in three-week period
Summary
Three lifelong friends were sentenced for assaulting two foreign nationals in Dublin. Shane Kinsella (27) and Ross Law (29) received suspended sentences after pleading guilty to assaulting a Romanian carpenter in a Spar shop on 18 May 2024; Kinsella also verbally abused the victim and later punched him twice.
