Brothers jailed for carrying sword near Dublin school

Summary

Two brothers, Shane Farrelly (26) and Aaron Farrelly (22), were jailed for carrying a 28‑inch sword near a primary school in Inchicore on 24 October 2024. CCTV showed Shane holding the sword, which had been hidden under a vehicle, and handing it to Aaron. Both pleaded guilty to possession of knives.
