Summary

The trial of seven men accused of familial sexual abuse is ongoing before the Central Criminal Court. Complainant 3, a 24-year-old woman, testified via videolink that her brother, Accused C, anally raped her when she was 12. Accused C, 34, has pleaded not guilty to this count, as well as 45 counts against Complainant 1 and four counts against Complainant 2. The other six accused men, aged 32 to 55, face a total of 98 counts relating to Complainant 1, a deaf woman. Accused A, 55, is accused of one count of rape.
