Pair charged with attempted murder
Summary
Two men, Craig Hayes, 27, and Jason Dunne, 35, appeared before Tallaght District Court charged with attempting to murder Thomas McDonnell at Cookstown Cottages, Cookstown Lane, Tallaght, on 3 December 2021. Hayes was arrested at 7am at Cushlawn Park and charged at 9.46am; he made no reply when cautioned. Dunne was arrested at 11.28am, brought to Tallaght Garda Station, and replied "no comment" when charged and cautioned. Both men were remanded in custody to appear before Cloverhill District Court on 14 October via video link.
