Man with 'troubled background' admits to unlawful killing
Summary
Joshua Rush, 25, pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to unlawfully killing Charles McCaughley on 26 June 2021 at Fairview Strand. He entered a guilty plea when the charge was presented.
