The tribunal upheld her claims under the Unfair Dismissals Act, the Terms of Employment (Information) Act and the Organisation of Working Time Act, awarding €63,362 for loss of earnings, €30,000 for loss of the company car, €3,712 for lack of a contract, and €2,000 for working‑time violations, totalling €99,074. The decision was anonymised to protect the identities of the woman's children.
