Request to shield identity of social media firm sees WRC case delayed until High Court rules on anonymisation

During a video‑conference preliminary hearing on a statutory complaint by Davide Carbone against CPL Solutions Ltd trading as Covalen, a Workplace Relations Commission adjudicator, Máire Mulcahy, refused to order the press to shield the identity of the social media company that was the client of the subcontractor defending the claim.
