Three admit to drugs importation conspiracy
Summary
Three men pleaded guilty at the non‑jury Special Criminal Court to conspiring to import controlled drugs worth over €13,000 into Ireland between 17 February and 14 March 2024. The defendants are Mario Angel Del Rio Sanz, 45, of no fixed abode in Spain; Anuar Rahui Chairi, 42, of Malaga, Spain; and Aleksander Milic, 27, of Svetorgorska, Belgrade, Serbia. Mr Justice Kerida Naidoo imposed probation and required governor's reports for each. The defendants are scheduled to appear again on 18 June.
