Three TDs among proposed bail sureties for IRA accused

Summary

In a Special Criminal Court hearing on 17 December 2015, a Dublin man, Donal O'Coisdealbha, aged 23, was denied bail for the third time after being arrested in May on charges of membership in the Irish Republican Army and possession of a component of an improvised explosive device. The case remains pending in the Special Criminal Court.
