Summary

A 33‑year‑old Dublin man was sentenced to four and a half years' imprisonment after pleading guilty to a threat to kill and assault causing harm. The court heard he repeatedly threatened to kill the mother of his child and her family, and that he had kicked her to the head during a taxi ride and later forced his way into her home, assaulting her and threatening to burn her house.
