Dublin murder trial to open on Friday
Summary
The Central Criminal Court will open a murder trial tomorrow. Trevor Corr, 39, has pleaded not guilty to murder but guilty to the manslaughter of James Humphries, 32, who was killed on Kiltalown Way, Tallaght, on 22 September 2013. Justice Isobel Kennedy told the jury that the trial was not ready to start and asked them to return tomorrow at 2 pm.
