Summary

The Central Criminal Court trial of Diarmuid Phelan, a barrister and law lecturer, is ongoing. Another witness, Hannah Felgner, stated the conflict was verbal and that the trespassers intended to call gardai rather than use physical violence. The jury of nine men and three women is currently hearing the final submissions, with the matter remaining at the trial stage.
