The judge in the trial of Stephen Cahoon, a 43‑year‑old Derry resident, continued her charge to the jury, who are to begin deliberations tomorrow morning. Cahoon has pleaded not guilty to the murder of his pregnant ex‑girlfriend, Jean Teresa Quigley, aged 30, who was killed at Cornshell Fields on 26 July 2008. Ms Justice Deirdre Murphy said she would finish the evidence tomorrow morning and then send the jury out to begin deliberating by 12am.
