Jury in law professor's murder trial watch dashcam and mobile footage

Summary

The jury in the trial of law professor Diarmuid Phelan, accused of murdering an unarmed trespasser at Hazelgrove Farm in Tallaght, has viewed dashcam and mobile phone footage from the day of the incident. Garda Dara Kelly presented seven segments totalling 12 minutes, six from an ATV dashcam and one from the deceased Keith Conlon's phone. The mobile footage shows Conlon speaking to Phelan before being shot, with male voices saying "You're f**ked now" and "this is not the end of it mate, I'm telling you, you shot the f**king dog for nothing."
