Jury sworn in for trial of Dublin man accused of 2011 murder of Adil Essalhi
Summary
A jury of five men and seven women was sworn in at the Central Criminal Court to hear the trial of Michael Kinsella, 22, of Swiftbrook Close, Tallaght, who has pleaded not guilty to the murder of Adil Essalhi, 41, at Tyrrelstown, Dublin, on 6 January 2011. Mr Justice Patrick McCarthy told the jury the trial could last up to three weeks and thanked them for their availability. The trial is set to begin on Thursday, 19 November.
