'Skin in the game': witness denies Templeogue College grievance appeal was 'done deal' with management

Eamon Stack, a former chief inspector of schools now an independent education consultant, denied that the rejection of a grievance appeal by former Templeogue College teacher Jennifer Clancy was a "done deal" with the Joint Managerial Body (JMB). The appeal panel comprised a trade‑union nominee, a JMB nominee and Stack as independent chair. Stack's emails, opened at the hearing, were used as evidence.
