Summary
Anthony Locke, 38, denied in court that he "finished off" Christopher Jackson, whose body was found in a wardrobe after his death. Locke, of Ramillies Road, Ballyfermot, pleaded not guilty to Jackson's murder at his Prussia Street apartment between 6 and 7 September 2012. He told Garda interviewers he had no weapon and did not stab Jackson. Locke claimed his fingerprints might be on the knife because his brother Bernard could have placed it in his hand while he slept. He also denied cutting his finger while stabbing Jackson, saying Bernard inflicted the injury. Locke stated he had no involvement in the death and had nothing to do with the body's concealment. The case is in closing stages before Mr Justice Patrick McCarthy and a jury of twelve.
