Summary
During the Central Criminal Court hearing, Deirdre Holton testified that on 7 September 2012 she saw Anthony Locke, aged 38, moving kitchen furniture from the deceased Christopher Jackson's flat into the yard at about 9 am. Locke told her he had been up all night and was merely helping the deceased's partner, Barbara Staunton, on a "mad cleaning buzz". Holton also noted Staunton was unusually quiet at a gathering that evening. Locke, who lives on Ramillies Road, Ballyfermot, has pleaded not guilty to the murder.
