Partner agrees she was suspected of concealing body, murder trial hears

Summary

During the murder trial of Anthony Locke, Barbara Staunton, the partner of the deceased, testified that police had suspected her of concealing Christopher Jackson's body but she was never charged. She denied knowing the body was in their bedroom wardrobe, saying she thought it had been placed outside but sensed it was inside. Staunton also stated her sister had stayed overnight with a child in her bedroom, while she believed the accused and his brother had put the body in the hall.
