The plaintiff's lawyers said that, despite the injunction, a campsite had been erected by protesters, which they alleged was trespassing. Counsel for the plaintiff reported that the campsite had been removed overnight, reducing the urgency of the matter. The court agreed to adjourn the case to the following Thursday, keeping the injunction in place. No protesters attended the adjourned hearing, and the plaintiff's application to amend the proceedings was postponed. The injunction remains in force while the case is pending.
