Summary
Karl Gurr, 28, of Gardiner Street, Dublin, was jailed for three and a half years after pleading guilty to robbery at Royal Canal Park on 10 January 2015. The victim, a man walking in the park, tried to distract Gurr from mugging a woman by shouting at him. Gurr chased the victim, knocked him to the ground, and engaged in a violent struggle.
