'Guinea pig' and 'not sharpest knife in drawer' avoid jail for moving drugs

Two Waterford men, Peter Cawley (42) and Richard Nolan (35), appeared before Judge Patricia Ryan in Dublin Criminal Court after pleading guilty to possession of heroin for sale or supply on 19 March 2020.
