Murder trial hears details of discovery of body in wardrobe
Summary
During a murder trial at the Central Criminal Court, Detective Inspector Kevin Daly gave evidence about how a dead body was found in a wardrobe in a Dublin flat. The accused, a 35‑year‑old man, is charged with murdering Christopher Jackson, 53, on 7 September 2012. Anthony Locke, the accused, pleaded not guilty. In the bedroom wardrobe, a heavy package wrapped in a duvet was found, which Daly believed to be the body and declared a crime scene.
