No jail for criminal who carried out prolonged violent attack on bus passengers

A Dublin man, Peter Harte, aged 26, received a three‑year suspended sentence for a ten‑minute violent attack on two passengers, Pedro Mendez and Gabriella Leon, on a bus in July 2014.
