Brother and sister plead not guilty to murder

Summary

A jury was sworn in at the Central Criminal Court in Dublin for the trial of Kenneth Cummins, 28, and Sabrina Cummins, 37, who are accused of murdering Thomas Horan, 63, at Cambridge Court, Ringsend, Dublin 4, on 6 January last year. Both defendants pleaded not guilty. Mr Justice Patrick McCarthy informed the jury that the trial could last up to five weeks and it began on Friday afternoon.
