Council launches High Court proceedings over alleged trespass at Bolton Street Hostel
Summary
Dublin City Council (DCC) brought High Court proceedings to remove alleged trespassers from two terraced three‑storey buildings at 38 and 39 Bolton Street, which it owns. The buildings were reportedly broken into and occupied by members of the Irish Housing Network (IHN), who called the site the Bolt Hostel and claimed it was being used to house homeless people.
