Summary

The trial of Bernard Daly, Aoife Maguire, and Tiarnan O'Mahoney continued at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, where all three defendants have pleaded not guilty to seven counts. O'Shea stated he paid tax on the account and considered it above board. Deputy IT head James Shaw testified that he was asked by Maguire to remove accounts from the bank's record system. Shaw stated he archived the accounts instead of deleting them to ensure they remained retrievable, a distinction he believed Maguire did not understand. The matter was adjourned and is not concluded.
