Temporary bail for IRA accused

Summary

Gareth Mulley, 45, of Aisling Park, Dundalk, was granted temporary bail by the Special Criminal Court after being charged with IRA membership and possession of explosives. The charges include unlawful possession of PETN and RDX, a 50‑litre adapted beer keg, 50 kg of homemade ammonium nitrate explosive, an improvised detonation cord, a steel booster tube and a time‑and‑power unit found at Kilcurry Church on 25 May 2014.
