'The most unimaginable abuse': girl (5) and boy (3) raped by mother and partner
Summary
The Central Criminal Court heard that a 40‑year‑old woman and her 52‑year‑old partner abused their five‑year‑old daughter and three‑year‑old son. The abuse included repeated rape, forced oral sex, and the girl being glued to a chair. The children later disclosed that the mother forced the girl to perform oral sex on the partner and that the boy was made to perform oral sex on the man. The mother and partner were tried last year and convicted of multiple counts of rape, oral rape, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, false imprisonment and reckless endangerment. The mother was convicted of four counts of sexual assault, four of sexual exploitation, four of oral rape, one of false imprisonment and one of reckless endangerment. The partner was convicted of one count of rape, six of oral rape, one of false imprisonment, one of anal rape and one of sexual assault of the boy.
