Three former Anglo Irish Bank officials – Tiarnan O'Mahoney, Bernard Daly and Aoife Maguire – are on trial for alleged tax‑evasion offences in 2003 and 2004. The case is being heard in the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court before Judge Patrick McCartan and a jury of twelve. Aoife Maguire pleaded not guilty.
