Solicitor to allege judge involved in running firm years after appointment to bench

Summary

A former solicitor, now a judge, is alleged by a former employee to have continued running his private firm three years after his appointment to the District Court bench. The employee will present this claim to the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC).
