Marriage referendum appeal court challenge adjourned to Friday

Mr Justice Kelly adjourned the matter to allow Walshe to amend his notice of appeal and placed a stay on the certificate until the Court of Appeal hears the case on Friday. Richard Humphreys SC for the State expressed no objection to the amendment.
