Woman goes on trial accused of impeding investigation into killing
Summary
Lisa Lee, 41, of Cunningham Road, Dublin, has pleaded not guilty to a charge of impeding a Garda investigation. She is accused of discarding a knife used by Noel Lennon in an unlawful killing of Isaac Horgan on 29 March 2021 at Spring Garden Lane. Lee will stand trial next week at the Central Criminal Court before Mr Justice Tony Hunt and a jury of twelve. The trial is expected to last less than one week.
