Gerard Mackin, aged 40 and resident of Rhebogue Road, Limerick, appeared before the Special Criminal Court on a late sitting after being extradited from Spain. Mr Justice Michael MacGrath remanded Mackin in custody until 23 January, when his case will be listed for mention.
