Summary
A trial date has been set for Hazel Waters, 46, of Ridge Hall, Ballybrack, who is charged with murdering her two‑year‑old son, Muhammad Hassan Khan, between 15 and 16 October 2014. The toddler was found dead with stab wounds in the bedroom on 16 October. Waters is currently in the Central Mental Hospital. Mr Justice Patrick McCarthy set the trial for 17 October 2016, noting it could last more than a week.
